And to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience, for selected countries we now include customs duties in the final prices without any price change. No more unexpected delivery charges, just pleasure and convenience at your fingertips!
Shipping methods and costs
In order to offer you the best service and ensure fast and safe worldwide delivery, we have chosen DHL and DPD to provide you with the best solution for your designated country. Shipping rates vary based on the type of shipment, destination and volume of your purchase, and your rate will be automatically calculated based on these specifications at checkout.
Free shipping
We run free shipping promotions from time to time. If you want to be notified by email, just sign up. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
In the event you need to return an item you purchased as part of the free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping cost (as it was free) and you will be charged the return shipping fee as usual.
Delivery information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times start on the day of dispatch and are for reference only.
If the courier can't find anyone at the given address, he will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions each time. After 3 (three) days, our customer service will contact you directly by e-mail.
Insurance
Each purchase is insured for the duration of its transport until it is delivered to you, when responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the recipient of your purchase (such as a gift order), then the person who signs for the package acknowledges receipt and is responsible for the package.
Tracking your order
We will notify you once the shipment has shipped and provide you with a tracking number for your package. You can check the current status of your shipment by signing the tracking number on the designated provider's website.
Taxes and duties
To ensure the most accurate prices and delivery costs are displayed when browsing our site, we recommend that you use the first link in the footer at the bottom of our website to select your country from the list of delivery destinations.
Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all applicable import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
The following countries are shipped on a DDP (Duty and Tax Paid) basis:
- EU and Schengen countries
- Great Britain
- USA
- Hong Kong
- Singapore
- Australia*
* for orders over AUD 1000, the country is delivered on a DDU basis (Duty Unpaid Delivery)
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as EU/UK VAT. As the consignee, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment is necessary to clear your order from customs upon arrival.
As we are unable to disclose the amount that may be involved, we encourage our customers to check local taxes and duties before placing an order. Our online store ships worldwide and shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from the local authorities for the duty owed.
