The Master of Expression
Jan Gemrot's work is a synthesis or a psychological excursion into the problem of contemporary society. Gemrot approaches the themes of the painting with a realistic, or rather hyper-realistic expression, which is sometimes interrupted by a more gestural, expressive handwriting.
